Monday: Eat leftovers!! Go shopping! Dinner: Tacos and steamed asparagus

Tuesday:

Breakfast – gf cereal

Lunch – leftover “Passover” stuff

Dinner – Blue and Gold Cub Scout Dinner (leftovers or corn quesadillas for me for me before we go, as the dinner will NOT be gluten-free!)

Wednesday:

Breakfast – Pancakes

Lunch – Cold Pesto Salad w/ goat cheee

Dinner – Tonya’s Chicken Chili

Thursday:

Breakfast – eggs and leftover pancakes

Lunch – leftover soup

Dinner – Salmon and Asparagus

Friday:

Breakfast – Irish Oatmeal

Lunch – Cheeseburger Patties and raw veggies

Dinner – Homemade Pizza

Saturday:

Breakfast – Rice Cakes w/ Peanut Butter and sliced banana

Lunch – Leftover homemade pizza

Dinner – Chicken Enchiladas and salad

Sunday:

Breakfast – Omlettes

Lunch – Leftover Chicken Enchiladas

Dinner – Mexicale Chicken and gluten-free Cornbread (amazing!)
