Menu Plan Monday

UPDATE:  Oops!  I forgot that Sunday was Easter!  How could I forget that!  We are still deciding what to do for Easter…

For the week starting w/ Monday March 17th:


B – omlettes

L – snacky stuff around the house; leftover salad for me

D – grilled chicken, green beans and broccoli


B – cereal

L – Smoothies

D – Christian and dad are going to pizza party; hamburgers for other boys and myself, rest of broccoli w/ a salad


B- soaked oats

L – PB and J on gluten free bread, apple slices

D -Sweet ‘n Sour Chicken (we didn’t get to this last week)

B – pancakes

L – leftover Sweet n’ Sour Chicken

D – Chef’s Salad (from Saving Dinner the Low-Carb Way)


B- golden oats

L –

D – Passover-ish Meal (


B – eggs

L – Bean and Cheese Tostadas, Raw Veggies

D – Grilled Salmon (out on the grill if it is nice enough outside)


B -soaked oats

L – Go out to eat after church

D – Spicy Beef n’ Beans and a salad
