GF Menu Plan Monday — December 9

Another week’s recipes, present and accounted for!  Woo Hoo!  This gluten-free planning is getting easier!  I’m getting to the place where I have enough standard dinner recipes to repeat more often, and enough new recipes to try to keep me busy — well, forever.

Monday:

Breakfast – Smoothies (pumpkin? or blueberry?)

Lunch – Baked Potatoes and celery with peanut butter

Dinner – Leftover Enchiladas with a side salad

Tuesday:

Breakfast – Golden Oats

Lunch – Smoothies

Dinner – Nikki’s Italian Fagioli (with gf noodles)

Wednesday:

Breakfast – Scrambled Eggs

Lunch – Rice Crackers w/ Cream Cheeses, Raw Veggies

Dinner – Nikki’s Italian Fagioli Leftovers

Thursday:

Breakfast – Gluten-free Waffles

Lunch – Tomato Soup and Corn Tortilla Quesadillas

Dinner – Chicken Oreganato

Friday:

Breakfast – Gluten-free Waffles with eggs

Lunch – Go out to lunch with hubby (In ‘n Out Burger?)

Dinner – Ham Soup

Saturday:

Breakfast – Soaked Oatmeal

Lunch – Leftover Ham Soup

Dinner – Salmon

Sunday:

Breakfast – Pumpkin Bread and Eggs

Lunch – Hamburger Patties

Dinner – Sunya’s Chicken Chili

I don’t remember who I got it from but she said feel free to use it and so I feel safe in passing it on. Come back for more. Too bad our boys live too far apart to play together, I know they would have a great time.
