Monday -
Breakfast: Soaked Oatmeal
Lunch: Leftover steak salad for me (no one else liked the arugula cheese), PB and J for kids (I’ll try the sandwich bread from Gluten Free Cooking School); raw veggies with dip
Dinner: Allison’s White Bean Soup
Tuesday -
Breakfast: CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH (not gluten free! We let our kids choose the menu on their birthdays — including a sugar cereal for breakfast — today is our eldest son’s birthday! I’ll make myself an egg.)
Lunch: Salami or some other meat, Cheese, and Rice Crackers
Dinner: Cheeseburgers and carrots
Dessert: Bring ice cream and for CJ to share with Cub Scouts!
Wednesday -
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs with Bacon
Lunch: Bring rice cakes, peanut butter, and applesauce TO GO
Dinner: Allison’s White Bean Soup
Thursday -
Breakfast: Gluten Free Biscuits (from Gluten Free Cooking School) with honey — I haven’t tried these but they look fabulous!
Lunch: Smoothies with whey protein powder
Dinner: Spaghetti (my sons have been begging for this dinner. i finally picked up some gf noodles at Whole Foods this week. i think i’ll try these meatballs from Kill the Gluten); serve with salad and steamed broccoli.
Friday -
Breakfast: gf pancakes with an egg for everyone
Lunch: Tostadas w/ refried beans and cheese
Dinner: Black Pepper Salmon over Spinach from Gluten Free Mommy; serve with steamed green beans.
Saturday -
Breakfast: Golden Oats
Lunch: Baked Potatoes
Dinner: Bring a salad and bread to share at a potluck — Bacon, Spinach, Mandarin Orange Salad. Depending on how great my sandwich bread turns out on Monday, I’ll either bring gf bread or stop and get some at the store.
Sunday -
Breakfast: Mini Crustless Quiches
Lunch: Go out to lunch after church!
Dinner: Chicken Fajitas with Mandarin Orange Salad
